Non-Returnable Items & Defective Products

How to Return & Get a Refund

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery; items returned after the 30-day window; items marked as final sale.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gearspaws26@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required for defective items.

How to Start a Return: Email us at gearspaws26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds: Check your bank account; contact your credit card company. If still not received, contact us at gearspaws26@gmail.com.

Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at gearspaws26@gmail.com.
